It's a great starting point to see the whole of Manhattan/Brooklyn. 5 minutes by foot to the pier that will take you to Brooklyn, 10 minutes to the pier to Staten Island(free with a great view of the Statue of Liberty), 10 min to the 9/11 Museum, and 10 minutes to the metro to everywhere in NYC. Great amenities, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Quite cheap, especially in January.

-Buffet breakfast starts from 6.30am in weekdays and 7.00am in weekend (till 9.30am) with variety of chioces -Free hot water, coffee and tea 24 hrs on the 1st floor, also free ice on the 2nd floor -Water is hot and prompt to use when needed -Surrounding area is peaceful, silent but not dangerous, no siren sound during the night (I stayed for 5 nights !) -Room provided frige and hair dryer, a powerful one

Great location for sightseeing in Brooklyn - just over the bridge which was closeby, the ferry to Staten Island / Statue of Liberty was also less than 10 minutes walk and Wall St. and the Financial District is on your doorstep. Easy walk up to Fulton St. Station for a quick subway ride to Midtown. A very safe, quiet area, great breakfast with loads of options and friendly staff.

Room was quite dark. Small room but has everything you generally need. We were able to open two large suitcases. Shared microwave on ground floor with 24 hours of free coffee, and tea. We were there for our honeymoon and the hotel staff gifted us a card and cheesecake which was very nice and appreciated! Small gym on second floor. Excellent location close to a subway stop that has lift access. On the A train line which is quite direct from JFK (One change from airport train). From subway can travel anywhere. One stop away from Brooklyn.

This place is good to stay. I stay for three  nights and I really enjoy the peace the stuff and the breakfast. the check-in time is 3 PM but they allow me to check in like 1:30 PM so I like that. Also, if you are making mind to stay in the hotels, then you don’t have to think twice just go for it.

I loved the location. It was easy to drive in and out of the city to get to. It was by the Brooklyn Bridge and the pier. It was close to food places and not a far walk from the World Trade Complex, The Statue of Liberty, and subway stations. The staff was welcoming and helped validate parking. The parking garage was 2 blocks away and the price and staff at that garage was great! They also updated their breakfast area and they gave it a nautical theme, which is a nice touch because of the hotel being so close to the water. Breakfast was great and they served a different breakfast meat everyday that we were there. They have the best cinnamon muffins too. Very good hotel and very good for the price.

The free coffee, tea and mineral water next to the front desk was very good, especially the coffee. The location was convenient, we could go to see Brooklyn Bridge right away, the subway station was not far away on foot, Duane Reade was nearby, and there were many restaurants around.

Excellent stay. Very friendly, helpfull and professional staff. The hotel is very well located near Pier 17 in Financial district with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shops around. Room was clean and spacious ( the king bed was very comfortable!)and cleaning made every day. Also coffee facilities avlable in the room👍 We didn’t take bfast but it looked well ok with a lot of diff.options. Water and coffee available all day long in the lobby.
